Our CMM Romer is used for checking Production Parts as well as reverse engineering and prototyping parts for our customers. This combined with our CNC benders, we can produce quality parts for our customers with shorter lead times than our competitors. Our shop floor is controlled by Trudell Solutions, a software that gives us real time data to track the progress of a part at any stage of it's production. This is accomplished using wireless thin client tablets in each area of the shop.
